    • Safety reporting: to collect, monitor, analyse and file any adverse events or risks of incidents that you report to us. This processing is necessary to meet our legal obligations as the Marketing Authorization Holder.

    • Medical information inquiry: to reply to your enquires relating to our pharmaceutical products in order to support their safe and appropriate use, including product complaints, off-label use etc. This processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations as a Marketing Authorization Holder and is also based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the safe and effective use of our products.

    You have the right to access, to rectify it, to limit its processing, and in certain cases the right to data portability and the right to object to its processing and to delete it, as well as the right to define directives concerning the use of your data after your death. Please note that your identity cannot be kept confidential when you report an adverse event incident to which you were personally exposed.

    You can perform your rights at any time by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@serb.com. You also have the right to introduce a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
